MADE-TO-ORDER When you buy one of our items, a long proces of handling your exact order begins. We source the chosen fabric, and then our tailor and seamstress craft the piece from scratch. Production time varies from 1-4 weeks, depending on the item and how busy our team is. Hoping to reduce waste, most items are made-to-order, which means we don't do returns. Instead, we kindly ask you to think twice before you shop. Read more about our beliefs here.

VINTAGE FABRICS Working with vintage, leftover or deadstock fabrics, one will sometimes find small signs from the fabrics past life like colour variations, mendings etc. There's nothing wrong with the fabric, it's just part of the charm. 

CRAFTSMANSHIP Each item is crafted in the hands of our talented tailor and seamstress. Not two craftsmen are the same, which means not two items will be the same. There will be tiny differences from piece to piece - small personal touches that brings life to the clothes.

Our team always go through each item, before the order is shipped, making sure it lives up to our high-quality standard.

CARE When you receive your bespoke piece, we hope you will take good care and treasure it for many years. Washing is harsh on the fabric, instead, we encourage you to use a dust bag or air out. If you need to wash your garment, we recommend dry cleaning, alternatively a wool or delicate program on your machine.

SHIPPING All orders are packed in eco-friendly bags. For couriers we use DAO in Denmark and PostNord for international shippings. If you are located in Copenhagen, you are also welcome to pick up your order at our studio.

READY-TO-SHIP Our pre-made items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, and will be exchangeable for store credit only. The item returned must be unused and in original condition, including tags etc. Returned items can be shipped back to our Copenhagen store on the clients expense. Please keep your receipt as a proof that the package was sent. If you live in Denmark, you can also stop by our store. Once we receive the item you will be given a store credit. All returns must be announced by e-mail to info@shopbinne.com.
